What is your processing time on orders?
**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements**
Currently, when an order is placed, there is a 7-10 business days processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at the present time.
I noticed that my address is incorrect on my order. What should I do?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at hello@cloteescandleco.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
